Sorry to hear about your experience.

I "always" take pictures and jot down serial number of all items I send out Also pics of the way I boxed and wrapped. A copy of these documentations sent to the people you are dealing with help eliminating "misunderstanding"

It seems like they started out well, then some people abused their service, and now they're just another messed up business. What a shame. It's getting harder and harder to sell you laptop nowadays. You can try eBay, but for the amount that they charge you, you might as well sell to these fellas.

I used cash for laptops one time. The bid I got seemed very fair so

I shipped the computer to them. Then-----------I recieved a phone call

informing me that they did not have a need for the computer I sent in.

(I guess their needs changed in 2 days) Anyway would I like to donate

my used computer to a needy youth group. It caught me off guard when I got the call and I was at a restaurant having lunch with friends.

I can't tell you if I even gave a response before I cut off the phone call.

Later that day I called them back and was informed since I didn't ask for the computer back they no longer had it. After thinking about everything and surfing the Internet to find out info about this company

I got mad so I called them back. I told them I was mad and I was contacting the Better Business Bureau. The person asked me to reconsider. A week later a check arrived for $50.00. The amount was

a huge difference from the $195.00 quote.
