Dear Sir,


Thank you for your patience, I do respond to 250 emails a day. Sometimes there is a slight OVERFLOW. Your humor is also greatly appreciated.




1. what up with O yeah holywood gold comeing jan 12th then on the 11th day it now says feb on it? So when feb comes around are you going to say march? You guys don't have a ****ing clue do you?


When one of our component suppliers pushes back a date we cannot force them to do otherwise. Remember when Intel announced they would lanuch the EE on September 1st. Well now that we have them in hmmm January, you do have to understand that sometimes companies push dates back. Your patience is greatly apprecieated.

2. I want to buy. I have 2,000 I can put down but I need to know when you are going to start your monthly payment plans.


Tentatively April.

3. When are you going to get 256mb video cards?


In the Hollywood Gold.

4. Will we see new video with the new processor?


Yes.

5. What can you tell me about prescott?


February 2nd. According to Intel. Reliable source? Not so much.

6. Can you upgrade the silver to gold?


No Gold has two harddrive bays, 7-1 Card Reader, Better Speakers, Better subwoofer.

7. 2048x1536 on that studio? Is that native res???
I think I am going to call bull **** on that one...


This is the native resolution on the upgrade for the Studio screen? If you are gonna call it . . . then call it.


Well? This does suck because now I have to pay FULL cash LOL. I could always try navy fed bank so pull a loan...heh

I would never send $2000 to a company that only has ONE individual answering all of their email. This is an obvious garage operation with lots of big plans.

Second point of interest, any company with some pull can get units to ship. Remember the first units off the line go to the big fish that deal in more volume. This is simple economics of course.

Make sure you let some other people buy one first, then review the process. This sounds like a very weak at best company.

I get a major mental red flag from an email like that, I hope they have more than one guy in their service department!

I read that post, even the part where the guy supposedly from Go-L, states "We don't rip people off." In fact he states it as his #1 item. It's just small business mentality. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside to see a Go-L rep state "we don't rip you off."

It kinda says to me, we lack trust in ourselves. And we seem like the sort of like a company that rips people off, so we better disclose it up front.

No thanks, the day any major compnay prefaces there sales pitch with that, I will stop shopping there. Imagine seeing on the front of MacDonalds, "buy a BigMac, we wont rip you off." You can send them you money, but I would rather do business with a more established company.

And All I want is LOWER PRICES and and 16in screen thats worth a damn. I so wan t AW but I am scared of the screen.

I think I will. But I only have 1,500 as a down payment. In 2 more weeks I will have 2,000 down. I think I will wait till I can put 2,000 down. The AW card is whats going to kill me. But I am in the Navy so I can pay that off in like a month. Plus I wanted a FX card for dawn and go-l is not offering there finance *spelling* till april then I would have to wait even longer... Yeah I think I am going AW.
