Running TV on Apple notebook

Greetings!

Is it possible to run TV on a new Intel Core Duo Aplle noteboook? And I specifically emphasize - notebook, not the desktop.

By TV I mean all that fancy soft that allows you to watch your channels and to kinda TiVo whatever you want whenever you want.

Hauupauge also offers their USB2 PVR for Apples. http://www.eskapelabs.com/products.html I'm sure they are of the same high quality as their PC stuff, only appropriately cuter and higher priced.
