the good news is that it is perfectly fine. i was outside doing some backflips and i hear a crash come from my office and i came inside and my dog knocked my 9300 off of my 4 foot desk. my laptop was open and doing a windows update at the time. the first thing i did was pick it up and see if it was still running and it was!!! then i looked around for visual defects and not a single one!!! i am just posting this to endorse the durability of the 9300. if u wanna drop 3 grand on an ibm so that u can have an airbag, go for it! but if u wanna game and still have some incredible notebook durablity get the 9300. btw any mods or admins who wanna move this to the dell general or review section can. this doesn't mean hey lets all go drop our laptops, but it does mean that shit happens and sometimes u don't even need complete care.
note: after this experience the next time i buy a laptop from dell, it will include complete care. just in case.
