I got my fubar'd "repaired" M6811 back from Best Buy, and after being strung along, dicked over and given the run around for 3 months (got it back in November) I decided that they werent going to help me and took matters into my own hands.
I got the power strip reconnected, then the keyboard (they really gave it back to me in utter disrepair), but the internal speakers dont work. The headphone jack works as well as it did when I put it in for repairs, but I really dont like wearing headphones all the time. I *could* go pick up a cheapy pair of speakers... but anyone know how I could fix this?
