Heaphone noise in D810

Hi,

I've been reading a few threads about the noise in the D610 headphone jacks on this website as well as on the Dell website. Is the D610 the only model that is affected by this problem, or is the D610 just one of the most popular models that Dell offers?

I have had two D810's recently, of which one of them has had a motherboard replacement, and they both have a considerable amount of headphone noise. Dell offered me to replace my D810 by a brand new one (so they say). I'm not sure whether this will solve the problem. Is there anyone of you who has a D810 with absolutely no headphone noise?
What videocard do you have? Is bluetooth installed?

Hi there,

Seems that no one has noise on the headphone jack of his D810?
Do I have a defective sample then?

I have a D610 and notices the noise alot but only if there is no application outputting noise (media player for eg) As soon as sound (ie music etc) starts playing you cannot notice any noise.

I also had a samsung laptop that suffered from the same problem.
