Ibook sleep problem

Hello all , new to forum Ibook G4,1.4gig,14" sometimes but not always when i put the mac to sleep(screen open)the mac sleeps for a short time then comes back on....wondering if this is a software problem or hardware,still in warrentee. also mac has overheated 2 times when not in use for no apparent reason(while sleeping) and shuts down,any help would be apprecited. also anybody know at what temp the mac shuts down,

You don't have a blue tooth mouse or anything do you? If so, go to System Preferences>Bluetooth and uncheck "Allow Bluetooth Devices to Wake This Computer".

Thanks Kakaze for the tip...yes I do have a bluetooth mouse and I unchecked as you stated in preferences. will see if that does the trick. Much appreciated.
