God dam hot GPU

Okay I just played sum AoE3 and the GPU was running at about 91 degrees for a while....it was OCed to 362/887 mhz.

That cant really be very healthy for the GPU, can it? If it runs that hot everytime I play a graphic intensive game, will its life-time shorten?
God damn I can feel the heat coming through the keyboard while im writing...its REALLY hot!

hmm im gonna install AOE3 and try it out
is AOe3 a gfx intensive game?
i didnt think it would be considering its not a FPS

Download I8kGUIFan and have the setting on slow or fast, you will see the tempature maintain on resonable level. Afterall, you have to realize the graphic card setting is probably on "max performance," which might expaling alot of the high tempature stuff.

cookie, if u run AOE3 w/o overclock, does the gfx sucks?

no the gfx is the same but it laggs more

i ve got the gtx in a 9300 and i ve got the same temperatures as you
I play it sometimes at balanced at power mixer, it runs ok, and less hot, but most of the times i forget to do it.
Not too good game
