Looking for a docking station/hub

Not sure if I'm using the right terminology, but I'm looking for something that has the following:

At least 4 USB 2.0 ports
2 PS/2 Ports
1 10/100 ethernet jack
NO printer ports (all my printers are USB)

I'd like to plug this into my usb port on my 700m.

I'm on a budget. Any recommendations?

You are on the right track. It is called a docking station. But there doesn't seem to be one made for your laptop. (Correct me if I'm wrong) The best you could do then is a USB2.0 hub which you can get in atleast 7 ports. You may be able to get adapters for ps2 to USB but you probably won't find much in a whole package.
