Thanks for popping in Juan. We've really exploded over here at alienwareforums.com the past few months.

Just curious as how you found us over here, and what you think of our forum.

I was told of the forum from our notebook product managers.

I am one of the moderators (AW-JuanG) at the Alienware Support Forums. We as a company want to make our presence know wherever we're being discussed as to maximize our support ability.

All my dealings with your company have been a real pleasure. I waited a month for my computer but it was during the christmas season so I didn't mind too much. More importantly though, my Area 51m worked perfectly right out of the box, thanks for that.

Its Good to see you here. Its always good to get someone on the insides point of view.

BTW I would like to ask you do you own an Alienware computer?
I always wanted to ask someone who works there that.

Do they offer thier employees any discounts or something like that!
I think they should if they don't now. You guys would be much better at answering our questions if you all actualy owned these systems and used them at both home and work.

I think this is cool 2. I've had a few problems with mine but nothing tech support couldnt help out with. Also this fourm is awsome helps with a lot of problems so you dont have to call AW tech support and wait on the phone

The fact that alienware has somone go on the forums is the coolest thing. I know of only one other company that is that concerned about customers and its Volkswagen

Welcome Alienware-JuanG,
Its great that Alienware would pursue to help their customers beyond their own tech support means. These Alienware forums have really flourished, and the info from here led me to my decision to choose Alienware.

Well, you should go check out the 'Alienware Peer-to-Peer Tech support' part of there forums, cause I guess they need answers the most. To tell the truth, I would rather post my Alienware-related questions on these forums because of great (and quick replying) insight of this community.

Also, I was wondering if you can order Alienadrenaline and have it covered under warranty 'after the fact' of ordering and is already in posession.

Hey, Juan. Can you tell me what the hell is taking so long for Alienware to make my laptop? I ordered on 12/5/03 and am on phase 9. I don't mind waiting for my computer, but this seams a little much.

Think Christmas man, think about the amount of people that maybe buying one. Ordering ANYTHING over Christmas is a bad idea. You have Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve/Day, there's bound to be plenty of delays.

this is not the way to talk to AW people or any other type of customer service rep for any company. this only pisses them off and lessens the chance that they will make the extra effort to "help you out" *wink wink nudge nudge*

Frustrated? I think we all were. I'm only on my 4th day and I'm getting frustrated too, but patience reaps its rewards. No use complaining as nothing will change no matter how much is said, might as well lay back and relax
