Bios ACPI problem

hello, I am trying to install windows vista on my system but I have a problem with the BIOS. Everytime I try to install it, it gives me this message along with that blue screen:
The bios in this system is not fully acpi compliant, along with the STOP: 0x000000A5

I tryed to update my bios.
Any suggestions, any other bios updates i need to do?
is it hardware that i have to replace?

I am having the same issue... its quite annoying. i am using an Asus m6000.

As for how i got it on word. MSDN
