Z71v keyboard problem and standby problem

i have recently encountered a problem w/ my keyboard, the caps lock key broke, (the little white clasp underneath is broken off on one side), is there a quick way for me to replace this key or do i have to contact asus and do the whole warranty thing?..... also i cant get my laptop to return from standby, i have fixed it several times by messing w/ the startup programs w/ msconfig, but for some reason the problem keeps on coming back. any input on either of these issues would be highly appreciated. thank you

a little clarification

the keyboard problem isn't really a problem, and the standy issue is an issue that i keep on seeing but have yet to see a fix that works.

- my original post was made shortly after my caps lock key broke and when i was in an angered state

- and for the standy issue, it returns from standby, but the screen is black and i have to reboot, i dont feel like messing w/ drivers when i have fixed this problem by fooling around w/ the startup items under msconfig

found a fix

i dont understand why this worked, but for some reason it did...

the problem is with the ethernet driver, here is what you need to do:
right click on my computer
go into properties
go to the hardware tab
go to device manager
go to the marvell yukon ethernet card
right click and go to properties
then the power management tab
then uncheck the allow the computer to turn off this device to save powers

THIS FIX WAS NOT FOUND BY ME, IF THIS WAS USEFUL THEN THANK:
