since dell couldn't resolve the issues for like the 5th time and so dissatified, i don't know what to do!


now i see small potholes appearing on the surface.

its the hardware issues that used to be resolved but now come back plus loose parts and many more.

i rather start off with a new system and back it up right away. don't want to deal with dell fixing it again and again and it breaks down again.

now they lost my factory image of my hard drive.
