Hey all, foregoing the prerequisite suckups, I just had a few questions
regarding the Acer 4404 wlmi Notebook. Does the OS disk have extra
stuff like Nortons, NTI burner etc. on it?. Or is there an extra disk?.
Also, I noticed searching the forum that when you install, the OS
defaults to a FAT partition, rather than NTFS. When re-installing is
there a way to set it to NTFS?. I downloaded all the drivers for the
notebook ahead of time so that when I get it I can set it the way I
want it, but how can I install the chipset drivers without installing
the Graphics drivers so I can use the Catalyst drivers from ATI's web
site (plus a handy little tool to make them mobile compatible) whew!
thats a mouthfull. Anyway, any advice and insight would be cool.
