Sorry to have to ask, but the search only accepts words longer than three letters :P

I'm looking for a bag for my 17" Inspiron 9400. It needs to have room for the laptop and a few folders aswell, but also look nice. Anyone have any recommendations?

I really like the Jansport Air Logic, but it seems almost impossible to get in the UK

I've got the Targus XL 17" backpack. Very slimlined and fits my laptop cooler as well. Lots of pockets, but not lots of indication that it's a laptop bag (which is a good thing, btw). Very sturdy with a rubber grip handle at the top. Got mine on Amazon.co.uk for a reasonable price (£30, incl. shipping).

I looked at that, but I've decided to go with the Air Logic. £55 including shipping from the US. Hopefully it shouldn't be far behind my laptop

I have the Targus XL

What I'm looking for is a nice travel bag with wheels for when I travel to my clients. My existing notebook travel bag is too small for the e1705. Any recomendations? Also, I'm not looking for suitcases... lol. Just notebook travel bags with handle and wheels for toteing around large airport terminals etc.

Thanks,

Ben

*edit: I found this one... http://www.techexcess.net/targus-not...d864a-aba.aspx
any opinions on it?

Thanks

I just have the Dell Notebook case and it works just fine. I know you already ordered it though.

Just a hint put a * after your search to search 3 letter words (i.e. bag* )

I like the Booq boa Xl. Very good protection for the laptop, and I think it looks pretty good. It's kind of pricey though.

Owner of the Booq Folee XL. Best damned laptop bag I've ever owned.

Cost an arm and a leg though. But I'd still buy it if I had to do it over again.

Any suggestions for a carrying case (not backpack) that is not overly expensive.

Thanks.

This is the case I have. I love it, plus it has a lifetime warranty.

I got the Kensington Contour Roller, I can fit two 9300s in there. Check the spec, it's made of nylon so should be lighter. There are 'overnighter' versions, which can fit more things if you need it.

The Targus and Kensington look interesting.
Did you get the Targus at the store or order online?

How heavy is the Kensington. Don't know if I wanted a rolling case. Got good ratings on e-bags. Buy.com states that the shipping weight is about 9 pounds.

Also found a hgih sierra lite on e-bags. States that it is 2lbs. 11ozs.

I got it at walmart.com, none of the stores around here carry it. Shipping was only about $5 so I was happy.

Just incase anyone else is thinking of getting a bag imported from the US, the postage cost me more than the bag itself, because UPS asked for cash on delivery for customs, which was another £22 (~40).
