I have a question, when they said estimated delivery date is:2/27/06, is this the shipping date from dell or the delivery date at my home?

Delivery date normally means just that, and Dell are usually quite pessemistic on that date.

You'll probably find it arrives a bit sooner.

I agree. I ordered mine on the 17th and it shipped on the 21st (today). That was even with a holiday in between.

i ordered mine feb 19th and said del date is 2/27/06 it in boxing stage right now

I ordered my E1705 on Feb 17th the shipping date is quoted as the 27th. It has been in the boxing stage since yesterday morning at like 6am.

my sister ordered from Dell on the 17th too. Its scheduled for delivery from UPS on the 24th.

I gave them a call and spoke with Customer Support yesterday to check the status. Less than an hour later the status changed to Transit. Not sure if my call made any difference but I like to think it did. lol
