i9300 CPU constantly at 100%?

Hey everybody, I'm having a bit of a problem with my 9300... About five minutes after I turn it on, the fans come on full blast and CPU usage jumps to 100 percent and stays there... for a long time. Does anybody else know whats up with this? How can I fix this?

Smells like a virus/adware invfected on your system. Find out which process in your system is eating all the CPU power. if IEXPORER.EXE is then its most definetly virus/spyware related. To confirm you can load windows in safe mopde to see if your exhibiting the same problem.

hit alt-control-del, and click on processes. which process is running 100%?
