SHould i call them up NOW, or call them up after i receive the laptop?

And what can they do for me?

Depending on where you are in relation to the particular shipping hub, you still may see it in 1 day. If you are within the 1-day sphere, Dell will ship ground. Don't worry.

The flip side to that is that you would have received the part in the same time if you had paid for ground in the first place!

2nd business day doesnt mean ground or air...youll get it in 2 days. this has been posted on the real dell forums MANY times. Relax its coming!

if you dont get it in 2-3 days. call them, they will refund your money for shipping.

i did that on an axim, it said the wrong shipping info. they ended up refunding my 16$.

in short, i sent the axim back anyways, and they didnt refund my hsipping a second time, ah well (:
