orderd off dell a keyboard and a pad

guys what does it meen when it says it on hold?

because dell let me choose 2 thing on the dell site for 75 too 100 and i pick the eclipes keyboard and that n4 pad or whta ever it called

because i didint get a free 1gb upgrade with my dell 9300 when i got it.

i chated with some one on there site and they said it was back orderd too the 13th next month. is that why it says on hold?
