Ok just to give an update on what I have tryed If you go back you will see I talk about how to fix media direct. Now what I am going to tell ya is if you got rid of all the partitions and are runing Windows XP MC, All you need is to do the first part of what I said all you need is the 8mb partition the rest of the drive you can make one big partitions you do not have to leave room for Media Direct. Sorry if people did what I said in my first post I was just going of what I had heard and now I tryed some thing diffrent to see if it worked and it did so I just wanted to let you all know. Hope it helps people out there.

When I boot from the repair CD, I get an DR-DOS A: prompt, what do you get? From what I understand, most people get an F: prompt.
From the A: prompt, I cannot see the directory MD2 and hence the repair does NOT work.
