What is your Core Duo CPU Temps? i9400

Hello everyone.

I was wondering what was everyones i9400 cpu temps on idle and on load. Mine Idles at 41 *1.83 ghz duo* and on load it starts going up to 62 and thats when the fan turns on and start dropping the temp back to the 40's to 50 again...

IMO the fan control of these i9400 are lame. Waiting for the videocard to hit 82 to turn on the fans and waiting for the cpu to reach 62c to turn on also.. =/ lame.

I am using i9kfangui on observer mode to check the temps so I don't know if the cpu readings are right..

BTW another question. My fangui recently started showing my gpu temps bad. It now always says 20c GPU temp and it just stay there *It stilll shows normaly on nvidia panel*. Any way to fix this? I have tried reinstalling fanio drivers , restarting many times and all but it keep missreading the GPU temp. If anyone can help I will greatly appreaciate it.

You can't trust i9kfangui. Right now, it's telling me that my CPU is at 40C and GPU is at 20C. Last boot, it said CPU was 20C and GPU was 44C.

Sometimes the GPU temp is low by 6C. Other times, it's just plain wrong.

Meh, it seems you are having the same problems. Is there any other tool that let me see the temps of the GPU and CPU on the system tray?

is happens to me sometimes after a reboot. Its easy to spot as if its on 20, well its busted. I close and restart I9k a few times untill it changes.
Easy fixed.
