you better believe i'm gonna post a review. hehe. i've had 4 aw laptops blow up on me in 3 months and this is my last chance before taking it to the BBB to get a refund (they want a 15% restocking fee). hopefully ALX proves it's worth and such, i really want aw to work out for me!

There failure rate is the same as every other PC manufacturer and in some cases better.

They go out of there way to help you get it sorted if you do have any problems, and the failure rate isnt anything AW or any other company have any control over.

Components can die or can be made faulty, I would rather trust AW at building me a pc over say Dell or some other bulk manufacturer who just employ people to just plug stuff into a motherboard without really knowing too much about what there doing.

With AW at least you know the people who build your pc are people who know about pc's, They are not just some conveyor belt nubs who just plug in whatever add in card etc they have a boxfull of when the pc eventually gets to them on the conveyor belt.

I have had some problems with my old AW rig, but AW pwnd me in the face and got things sorted out big time for me...

I wonder if any other PC maker would do the same ?

As far as I am concerned, EVERY pc company produces melons, but since AW dont make components, (unlike some big name companys which have there own make of motherboards etc) the blame can hardly be pointed at them...

AW will be getting cash from me for another rig next year, as I feel comfortable with them and feel as tho the reps and other people you speak to from AW really are interested in you as a customer...

99% of the time, if any problems are found, its normally small glitches that can be blamed on user error or new drivers will fix.

I am sure your new rig will arrive and be working 100%, and you will love it... Dont be taking the failure threads as normal, as many many people have no problems but dont post about it, and the few that do have problems post. Some problem threads are from trolls who dont even own an AW rig, but yet they decide to flame AW owners and AW itself saying they make crap pc's = jealousy

AW rigs are magic, and if you can afford one then you will not be dissappointed, so try and not be put off by failure or problem threads as they cannot be compared with the good threads about AW rigs...

Bottom line is, the chances are your rig will be working perfect and you will really enjoy it.
