ya i see it that way too. maybe it just wasnt popular enough. The ATI does beat it in almost every benchmark.

Yep ... but if you go to the .co.uk site, you can choose between the 2, but does state the Nvidia is "limited supply" - but in the UK site it's a lot less options

I ordered the Nvidia because 1. I've only read problems regarding the ATI and never the Nvidia and 2. They had a $160 rebate on the ATI which is always a source of sucpicion...

I'm gonna use my laptop for BF1942, CoD, Ut2k3, Halo, GTA:VC, and MOHAA..... will the Nvidia be able to supply the power I need to play those games or should I change my order.... I just hit phase 5 which took about 3 buisness weeks for me... mabey more....

This blows ass. The only reason I was going with AW was because of the nvidia card...damn these losers. damn them to hell. will the still offer the fx5700 as a upgrade?

Ive been using Nvidia for several years, and the cards always performed well. Some of my friends had radions that were... shall we say less than perfect? Anyways, i originally was going to order the go5200 but I changed my mind when i saw the benchmarks for the ATI. I should get my lappie in less than a week, and I think it will prove to be a good decision.

Don't get crazy guys. The latest issue of PCGamer Magazine shows the A51m2 sporting the Nvidia 5700 card. Just an FYI.

they phased out the nvidia

they MIGHT just be updating the system, i would say wait it out. They might not want to sell people 5600's right b4 they release the 5700 . If they do what i am thinking they are making sure people dont get pissed that they bought a 5600 like a day or a week b4 the 5700 came out

does anyone know how well the fx go5700 is supposed to perform compared to the go5600 or the ATI mobility 9600?
