Windows can't see my HD please help

Ok so i disided to do the respawn to clean out my comp and start all new so i run the boot CD and that works fine then i install the image CD and it starts to load then it gets to about 15% done and an error comes up saying cannot open Ghosterr.txt ok so i quit and try to start up the computer with no CD in and nothing happenes what should i do thx

Sounds like your disk is bad... or the image is corrupt... call Alienware and get another copy or find a WinXP full version and try loading that, or even Linux...
