My RMA experience hasn't been the best with Sager. I didn't get any response from my RMA request until contacting PCT and then they(sager) finally responded by email. I sent my 5680 back for a refund and they received it on the 8th and I still haven't received the credit back or any response from Sager. I understand they are closed on weekends and holidays, but I have been w/out a lappy for almost two weeks. I'm planning on ordering the 4780 as I don't think I can wait for the 8790. Communication could be better on Sager's part. I feel lucky to have PCT on my side and getting info from them has never been a problem.
