Awright, I figured it out. The reason I was getting the error message that said "System doesn't support this utility" stuff is because I do not have MediaExperience installed on my computer. Once, I have that, I can download and run Dell MediaDirect from:http://support.dell.com/support/down...&fileid=123419
Once I have done that, I can go to:http://support.dell.com/support/down...&fileid=148815
to enable DayLightSavings MediaDirect feature.
Lastly, here is the order Dell wants you to install the drivers:
1. Chipset Driver (both the Intel and Ricoh),
2. Notebook System Software, ,
3. Video Driver,
4. Sound Driver,
5. NIC Driver,
6. Intel Wireless,
7. Modem Driver,
8. Bluetooth / Other Drivers,
9 Touch Pad,
10. Dell QuickSet application.
Hope this helps whoever!
