Touchpad issues....

Last Thursday (2/23) my touchpad started getting really squirrley. The cursor kept rolling into the bottom right corner.

Then the next day the touchpad wasn't working well at all. I had to push my fist through it just to get the cursor to move.

I uninstalled the driveres and reinstalled them, the touchpad was ok for a short time then when I came back I needed to press hard on the pad again.

I bought my sager in December of 2005. Any suggestions?

Most people i have spoken to regarding this are of the opinion that the Elantech driver software is terrible and that you are better off uninstalling it and using the Windows generic driver.

It was working ok today, if it acts up I will go with the windows driver thanks for the help.

PS I do have the mouse but that doesn't help when have the comp on my lap
