Thread Starter
Greetings to Everyone:

First all of I would like to introduce myself. My name is Juan and I am an Administrator for the Alienware Support Forums at http://support.alienware.com/

This support site is an excellent tool for current and soon to be Alienware owners. I will periodically pass by and read the posts to see how everything is doing.

If you guys have any questions or concerns, please post so we can address them. Remember if you are an Alienware owner; please do also join us at the Alienware Support Forums. By this mean, your questions, concerns, and comments will been seen by our Alienware Agents and will be addressed quickly. If you are having problems trying to get into the Support Forums, contact me and I will see what I can do.

We also have started a great new service for our Customers. AlienChat is a web-enabled chat interface where you can chat with one of our Chat Tech guys on a one to one basis in real time.

So just remember, we are here to help out to make you Alienware experience a great one.

How about a LEGIT answer to my problem (and many others) with the upgrade to the 1.08 & 1.09 BIOS? I've been awaiting one for months.

Do a search on the AW support forums, and you'll find me as M42.

I agree with Drew 100%. Whenever I get my post up there (usually in 3 days), all I get is "re-install driver", or "re-install os"...etc. Most people that purchase these systems are very advanced users who already know the generic answers that are being pushed on us.

To be honest with you Juan, I am afraid to post a question there on your forum, only because my original post will be wasted with "re-install driver", or "re-install os"...etc before I get a real answer, if that. But it doesn't stop there. When they have no answer, you get a "I will report back later with my findings...." or "I will report this to the research team". No follow up on the post after those two statements. I mean WTF is that?

As for this public forum we are in. I have 100% confidence I can get a answer to my question within a half-hour if need be. Maybe the moderator's of the AW forums should take a look here for some prime examples of people actually helping others.

Enough bitching for me, back to work.
