Or do you want to shirk away from this hoping it will go away?

FYI...

I looked at Hypersonic for a long time before I went with AW.

Their upgrade policy is this: a complete rebuild from the motherboard out to the GPU if you want to upgrade your video card. The total cost of this (as I asked the sales rep personally) with current models/components was in excess of $1800 USD.

In the situation that the motherboard/components no longer fits the chassis they are using from the OEM, there is NO upgrade policy.

Just a heads up.

Well Emerald if you want to take the risk of going through everything I mentioned and gaming on a laptop screen that has horrible quality and be overcharged, then go ahead be my guest and order an alienware.

That link says they were unable to find what I was looking for. Does anyone else get this?

and for alienware:
http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1650.html

7.80 lifetime rating for alienware, and 9.04 for hypersonic
416 Reviews for AW, and 73 for Hypersonic, I am no math major but their site claims to have an error factor of 2% in their ratings, and with 343 more reviews 7.80 is exactly what I would expect to see.

Now if you get 300+ more people to jump on the Hypersonic band wagon then that number will certinally change.

Well...I guess I'm a liar now. GG Thx.

I did a lot of research ( a LOT) of research before I spent my $3500. For me the AW was the way to go. Only TRULY upgradeable (plug and play) GPU available, great screen (regardless of what you think as I OWN one...and many other laptops), and excellent pixel policy and warranty.

This will be the last thread where I will state this. NO TROLLING. You've made your point and we all know YOU DID NOT BUY AN ALIENWARE. Great (round of applause from all of us) now move along to the Hypersonic forums and discuss all things Canadian there.

Thanks in advance for not stirring the pot anymore.

I just bumped the rating up to 7.85. I think if we all get on the site we can get it up to the 9's easy.
