Has anyone tried to load Fedora or SUSE Linux on a FE series yet? Any problems?

SuSe

I put SuSe linux on there. When installed, it shrunk down Windows partition. SuSe runs fine but there are three main problems w/ it right now. One is that the screen size is SMALL. It's about the BIOS screen size, which is about half of what the whole screen is. I tried to fix it, but just too tough for me. Second is the getting the wireless to work. I'm currently working on that now. There's a thread in the forums here that has a link to a driver. The third one isn't that bad...it's just the brightness goes down when running on battery, and there's no way I see to adjust it.

I WARN YOU THOUGH...
Windows has become less stable. More freezeups have occured. I plan to redo all the Windows now and see how it is.

More info will be posted as I get more done.
