Dell low on 7800s

Well it looks like part of the reason dell has no 1505 with 7800s is they are running low. I have been in boxing- which btw makes no since with the dell excuse, but anyway i've been in boxing since like monday. So I emailed dell a couple times and tried to figure out what the hold up is in boxing. The first response was that its still within normal perameters, which it is its still well before my mar 6 expected ship date. I was just trying to figure out if it will be friday mon or tues I need to take off work. So dell sends me a response after a couple contacts saying, that they are having lots of e1705 orders etc and they are taking longer to obtain some parts such as the video card specifically for this model. So basically the dell guy told me even though im in boxing they either don't have my 7800 in my system yet, or that that is somehow holding up my order. I find this all to be fairly wierd, So i called dell to place an order for a second e1705 to see what would happen, and my estimated ship date was the 28th of the month with the 7800 and the 18 of the month without it. If anyone else has had these same types of things happen let me know. Further more Even though like stated before its well before my estimates ship date dell put my order upgraded to next day air shipping and offered me a 50 dollar refund once my order ships. SO I got 100 bucks out of 2 emails, cool still hoping to get this thing this week, these long boxing times are decieving- and i have read everything people say about them and its obvious boxing does not mean boxing its just what dell tells us it means. Talking further to friends who have ordered dells they said the entire build/testing of a system takes dell less then 24 hours, as seen in some of there larger business contracts when replacing systems. I appoligize for the randomness of this post to much caffine and to much checking status on dells website for me today.

"boxing" means being shipped from asia (where they are all made) Boxing the longest step (unless there are backordered parts)
