Alienware site now offers a free memory upgrade with a purchase of the Aurora. If we are still waiting to receive our order, are we entitled to the upgrade?

no, if you have confirmed the order and have started into the phase game you get what was offered while you were ordering

what HH said. Mid-way thru my phase game, soem freebies deals came up, so I called and actually coincidentally got the same guy I had placed my order with, and he did some checking and button clicking and gave me the freebies. So, call and ask, you never can tell.
