Photo guide for replacing 9300 LCD?

Has anyone seen a photo guide showing how to replace a 9300 LCD on this forum or elsewhere?
I'm about to do this on my 9300 and could do with all the support I can get I think!

The corner pieces of the LCD, the left and right next to the hinges are BITCHES to get out, I don't know how else to describe this, I've done just about everything else on this laptop, and I think that's the most frustrating part. On top of using a rather large amount of force to open up the bottom corner pieces of the LCD, you're like it's an LCD and you don't even want to use force to open it up in fear of breaking something.

Cheers to you both.

I will probably be so cautious and careful when I do it that it will take me hours to complete, even though its probably a 20 min job max.
I look forward to tackling those corners!!!

Do I have to remove the display assembly completely before before tackling the panel (as suggested in the Dell link), or can the panel be replaced with the assembly still attached to the laptop?

It's not too bad if you follow the service manual's recommendations.

First pop off the lower part of the bezel in the middle. It pops off easily. Then pull the bezel *down* to get it off the lower corners. Once the entire lower portion is free, then pull the right lower corner to the right (or left corner to the left) to get it free.

Just be *very* careful if you use a screwdriver anywhere near the LCD -- you're virtually guaranteed to scratch the bezel, and you could ruin the LCD.

Remove it from the laptop. You don't want to put unnecessary stress on those hinges
