My Status on AW's website just jumped to 13... i think he meant what he said. He expected immediate Results from his team and he got it.
I just recieved my Tracking numbers and now... we will see when it gets here... oh yeah
I had to call the CS department and talk to the Supervisors Supervisor to get the Tracking number as promised...
AW: I said end of day I have two more hours...
DS: We agreed on 3:00 my time you have all the information in front of you can see what Time zone I am in.You agreed to 3:00 my time it is 3:00 my time I want those tracking numbers, if you don’t have them because it hasn’t shipped... I want to know.
AW: I am not in the shipping dept. sir I don’t have the numbers...
DS: Put me on hold and call their extension and get them I will wait.

I don’t think that went over so well... I drilled him (professionally)
And I told him that when I get my system if it is everything I want I will call him and let him know
If I open it and have Backlight problems and stuck pixels if it doesn’t match up to my Testing I will let him know
He will here from me again.
