how do you check your CPU speed & GPU speed?

where do I get the driver to check my CPU and GPU speed and such? I would like see what the heat temp and CPU load is at. What do you guys use? Thanks

For CPU load, try right clicking the task bar then select 'Task Manager', then the Performance Tab

I9k fangui can tell you processor load, speed, and temp.
It will only tell you gpu temp

I9kfangui is not compatible with the 9400 as yet. And task manager does not tell you the gpu temp, it tells you the CPU Load.

Nvidia control panel will tell you the GPU Temp.

Is this just a wind up thread LOL

notebook hardware control, all u need to know about ur system less gpu clocks since its based on ati, so im not sure if it will work with the nvidia one.
