Thankyou very much Mcesio!! Just looking out for all of us. We're all n00bs at some point in our lives.

The wiget in the first picture is a SysMetrix Skin. SysMetrix is a great and free program which lets you monitor everything from ram to CPU usage, hard drive space and internet conectivity too!
Here's the link to the SysMetrix program download and a few really good and usefull skins.. Enjoy!!

Do all of those programs work with vista?

Update! I added new pictures to this thread in the first post, cleaned it up a bit and, added a few new apps which rock. Pictomio, being one of them. A great 3-D-ish sort of picture viewer...

Mikeyeg from above, you'd asked if ALL these are Vista compatable? The short answer is no. The long answer would involve me getting into a long winded rant about why I really think Vista was 2007's worst product from a volume stand point. There might of been products from 2007 which preformed worse or didn't deliever less then Vista but, from the sheer volume of people using, or going to use it, it's def the worst. And not JUST because it's got compatibility issues, to me that's somewhat understandable, again because of the sheer volume of programs which have to intergrate with it, compatability is the lesser of Vista's many evils. But, I'm stopping here. Because I could go on and on.
