Does anyone have any information concerning AMD's plans for a mobile Dual-Core processor? Their site states 2006 as the release point for a mobile dual-core processor. Any information would be appreciated, as I have to purchase a notebook before June (I'm an Army officer and am going to school then) and am holding off as long as possible to get the best notebook that I can. I'm looking for a dual-core machine, 15.4" display, good graphics card, etc. I am leaning toward purchasing a Sager or an Acer, but am concerned with quality, (namely keyboard durability, my only other experience with a laptop being an ancient IBM Thinkpad 760XL, really ancient, I know) and so am researching as much as I can. Well, I've gone off-topic, so any help or info will be greatly appreciated.
