Testing the waters....

Hey everyone,

I recently got myself a better desktop, and since I don't really have use for my notebook anymore I've been thinking about selling it. I was wondering if you guys could give me an estimate of how much my notebook is worth right now. Thanks a lot

Dell Inspiron 8100
Pentirum 3-M 1.0 GHZ
384MB RAM
20 gig harddrive, formatted
Geforce 2 go graphics, w/32 MB DDR ram
16X DVD Rom
Floppy Drive
1 Lithium-ion battery
15 inch UXGA LCD screen (Native resolution 1600X1200)
plus one type II PCMCIA USB2.0 controller card w/2 ports
Warranty has expired

I'll go out on a limb here as estimate Around $500.00ish, give or take.
I normally use Ebay as a guide for pricing, even thought it's less than most places, it's still a good indication of what people are actually paying for something. Good Luck with the sale.
