9750 BT/WLan Combo Issue

Bluetooth part of this card is not recognized by BIOS. Clevo knows the problem. An Email to support got no answer yet since weeks. WTH do they announce the Combo card as compatible while it is not ? And WTH does it take so long to to correct that issue ??

Fn+F12 doesn't activate your bluetooth module?

No it doesn´t. But yours does ?????
What BIOS Rev. do you have ? Could you send me a copy ?
