Here the solution to use a64 tweaker at startup without CPU freeze:
1. Open a64tweaker
2. In the menu "File", click on "Apply settings at startup"
3. Go to a64 tweaker folder, and replace the file "startup.a64" with the new one that you can download at this link: http://www.badongo.com/file.php?file...kersetting.rar
In this RAR archive there are two files: one set your RAM at 200MHz and another one at 183MHz (if you overclock the bus with clockgen, you can use this).
4. Reboot your machine, and your RAM will work at 200MHz (you can verified with CPU-Z).

, I tried to match them exactly to what the OCZ modules would require when running at 200MHz.
