RPG....its funny what they call an rpg now days. I remeber when there was a difference between RPG ( Turn Based, FF, Lunar etc ) and Adventure ( Zelda ) games.

I remember those days well.

Actually, RPG has nothing to do with battle system or anything like that. I don't really consider FF, Lunar, or any other japanese "RPG" (except, maybe, Dragon Quest to an extent) a real RPG, they're more like interactive graphic novels. Doesn't make them any less fun though. But I'd actually consider Zelda more of an RPG than FF or Lunar, but still isn't one.

By the way, Pharoke, your avatar is truly...I don't know, I just know that it would do wonders to my continued mental health if I just ignore it.

rofl, i second your thoughts shepoch. And also, i believe guild wars is the way to go, great game. I've had it since it came out and im still playing it.

I'v heard also a lot of good stuff about KOTOR I, II. Never played them myself.
It isn't the best RPG in the world but you might try Dungeon Siege II. It is much better then the first one. Dialogs are pretty short, and the fun never stops cause monsters regenerate and after finishing it on beginner you can restart on veteran and higher with you already existent character just like in Diablo II.

I too have been playing GW since release. Now awaiting GW:Factions. Sorry about the avatar (not really). Gonna change it soon, but I can't ensure it will be any better.

Get Fallout 1 and 2 . Two of the best RPGs ever made.

We actually have never GvG mostly cause we are a really small guild. Only about 15 members. We tend to party up and help each other level other chars. I had 4 fully leveled missions completed chars, but deleted 2 of them to start over, plus I have been the only one to log in the last 2 months.

I bought Fallout Tactics, I enjoyed it but I played it for very little time since after I formatted I realized I had lost my CDs. I still have the box and manual . Before this happened I used to think of backups only as euphemism for pirated copies, I never knew they had such legitimate usefulness. Anyway, woe is me and all that.

You changed your avatar. This one is not as...maddening.
