I'm a happy user of a TM 4402, thanks to the forum members here, and have been using it for the past 3 months. I recently bought a new wm5 phone, and needed to install ActiveSync 4.1.
Immediately upon installation of Activesync, I lose Wifi and the OSD for volume, contrast, and wifi. The wifi and bluetooth buttons become inoperable, and it takes a manual run of fn.exe and/or launchap.exe to make them work.
Upon a reboot, wifi does not initialize and will not operate with the buttons, and OSD is shot. If I uninstall Activesync, everything comes alive again.
I've attempted shuffling the start order of the applications to no effect. Re-installed Launch Manager (latest version) after Activesync, and that didn't work either. I've resolved I can't run Activesync, because I need the wifi... but this leaves me unable to install anything on the phone without my desktop machine.
Has anyone else come across this problem, and if so, how did you solve it?
