Default Windows Font?

Do all laptops use the same font for Windows?

Seems like the font used by Dell is clearer than the one used on say a Thinkpad...

Might have Microsoft Cleartype running. To check to see if cleartype is on go to display properties > Apperance > Effects > second option allows you to select standard or cleartype.
