Looking for 56xx LCD

My 5620's UXGA LCD was damage and would cost $1500 to repair. I'm looking for any 56xx SXGA or UXGA LCD. If someone has one for sale please let me know. Price and pic if possible. Thanks in advance.

yea got to be care with those screens... cost almost as much as a new laptop to replace it

or if you know you're specific lcd manufacturer (probably listed somewhere on the actual lcd) you can also search for it there.

Thanks for everything. I also found: http://www.portablecomputer.com/parts/lcdlist-b.asp

they sell the lcd and they'll also repair the screen as long as it's not cracked.

If nothing else works you can just get an external monitor and plug it in permanently. It will be a job to get it to show your desktop because unless there is some "key-sequence" or unless you can still see stuff on your broken screen, its gonna be hard to set the display settings to output to an external monitor.

I seen a lcd on ebay on the alienware section.search alienware it should still be there.i think both those screens are the same.
