Hi All. I just got my new lappy 2 days ago - and what can I say except WOW! This thing rocks. However, I was disappointed with the 35-day wait and not to mention the surprise I got when I opened the box. There was a letter enclosed within the documents stating "We regret to inform you that due to limited inventory, Alienware will not include a 12-month Computer Games subscription voucher with your order." I mean seriously, you cannot expect a paying customer who agreed to the computer deal, which included the free subscription, to accept such an explanation. Is it just me - or should Alienware have compensated me in some other form for THEIR inventory blunder? Don't worry, I let them know of my disappointment but I am yet to receive a reply. I will post it here when I do. Is there anyone else in this situation? I know it isn't much, but the subscription is worth something, and certainly worth more than the kick in the arse explanation Alienware gave me.
