Anyone got this, or even heard of it? Can't seem to find any reviews what-so-ever on google, no hits in the search of this forum and not much on dabs.com where they are selling it.

Never bought a laptop before so would be useful if there were some reviews. It says it has an x700 gfx card, does that always come with at least 128mb memory?

Thanks in advance

Yeh it's odd, I'm thinking maybe it was only released briefly and there was something wrong with it, so it was discontinued...? Thats why I don't really want to go straight in and buy it.

Amilo A3667G

Hi

I have this model of laptop, and it performs very well.

The X700 GPU is a quite powerfull grapichs adapter, offcause not beating the top notch cards. But in the mid class laptop it is in the best end.

Here is a review:http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,1752268,00.asp

I had a Acer Travelmate 4402LMI before I got the Amilo. It also features the X700 GPU but only with 64MB Ram and without hypermemory. The Amilo has 128MB ram on the GPU and has hypermemory, which allows the GPU to use 'unused' system memory as video ram. This makes a HUGE difference compare to the graphics performance in the Acer model.

I would recommend the Amilo A3667G at any time, great laptop with a beautifull screen. Worth every penny!!!
