XPS Gen-2 LAGS in Warcraft III?!?

Hi,

I noticed a while back that, when im in a somewhat larger battle, my xps (sig) starts to lag. My guess is that it's definetly my processor, since my 7800 gtx won't lag... and internet doesnt give me low FPS, right? My proc is on dynamic switching, ill start fraps and turn on max performance, and see again. Is it possible that I get low FPS due to my Proc? Ive got 60 processes running.

get 2GB ram, that helps alot in WoW. but ive found no matter what youll get some lag like when you go to the ah in ironforge.

Edit: i read the post quickly, saw warcraft and assumed WoW. 2GB still helps especially if you have alot of processes.

That was Warcraft III, not WoW. 60 processes is a little much. I don't use Itunes but if it's anything like napster it's not something you want running in the background while gaming.

Yeah, I turned off NVtray, and that helped a lot. Nonethess, I don't get more than 64FPS ever, eventhough Vsync is turned off generally by the 7800 gtx.
