e1705... 7800 and x1400 interchangeable? - Page 3

So, do you have to upgrade to a 9-cell battery and 130watt PSU like you do with the 9300s? I assume they take the same battery/PSU as 9300s do...

So basically, with the coupon that is on right now (after the coupon ends, the deal gets even worse) you can buy a $1500 laptop and add $500 for 7800gtx, power brick, and battery... Or buy an XPS M170 for $2000. Is the core duo upgrade worth the hassle? Not to me it isnt. After 3-6am, depending on your time zone, the $750 off coupon will have ended and the price on the e1705 will get even worse. No warranty to void, cool little LED lights, and I'm thinking an M170 will just plain ol' serve me better. Can get one off of ebay for about retail and not have to pay the $200 in tax too.

But then, what about this unit: http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-Dell-Inspiro...QQcmdZViewItem ? It says it is factory sealed with 7800gtx and a 6cell battery...

In my opinion it is a bit expensive.
