Difference between MS Pro duo reg and gaming?

Is there a difference between the two when used in a Sony Dsc-t9? I am planning on buying a new cammera and a memory card with it.

the read write times of the gaming model are about 8 times faster, but there maybe compatibility issues with certain cameras. it was optimized for fast read andwrite times for the psp. believe me the difference in speed was noticeablely improved over a stock sony stick.
