intell/pro wi-fi messing up?

I started a thread on the intell/pro (why dose my intell/pro wirless suck so bad?) I was just about to return the laptop when I read a reply about letting windows handle the wirless and try upgrading the drivers. Well I let windows handle it and as of about 3 days now it runs like a dream! To add to that I see teh 9400 will not have the 7800go any more so I think I got a great laptop and a great price!! I miss my keypad but that's it.

Thanks to every one for the help I got my laptop running in tip top shape!!

now how do I test the duo core? Should I run the Adobe suite cs2?

Nearly all games released this year and the last (from August onwards) have dual-core supported.

Not entirely sure which software applications support it though.

Hey Clo@K,
I had on and off problems with my intel wireless 3945 card, It would work sometime great. Other times it would disconnect. When I installed the new one they sent I noticed the "Centrino" graphic appears on boot now. Are you receiving the "centrino" graphic?
